REBIRTHING

Rebirthing is a breathing technique that is based on the circularity and connection between inhalation and exhalation: it helps to make space within oneself to be

able to perceive oneself more intensely and consciously.

It is a technique that existed in India in ancient times, and was practiced by Yogis under the name Pranapanagati. It was discovered by Leonard Orr, who in the 1970s revisited its birth by practicing this technique in the bathtub, and renamed it "Rebirthing" later on bringing and spreading it to the West.

Breathing with inhalation and exhalation from the mouth activates the lower chakras more, helping to connect to the emotions, while nose-to-nose breathing is more used to integrate and connect to the upper chakras.

Rebirthing brings benefits on two levels:


- PHYSICAL: It improves the oxygenation of all the cells of the body and harmonizes the flow of energy. Muscle tensions and energy blocks are significantly reduced, allowing the emotions and thoughts repressed for years to emerge from the depths. Anxiety dissolves and a feeling of profound well-being is experienced.


- MENTAL: Brings awareness of perceptions and beliefs on which we base our reality. By combining the Breath with the awareness techniques of Creative Thought, we realize that it is possible to transform our lives and activate the desired situations in our lives. We can step more into our power and release old stagnant emotions to access greater vitality, joy, and centeredness.

At the end of a rebirthing session, we have a blood pH of 7.40, the same as when we fall in love, so it reproduces the chemistry of love!

We also eliminate 70% of toxins, and strengthen the immune system

and various other fundamental systems of our body.

When our breath is shallow, it is as if we have access to a small part of us, and our energy easily dissipates. We are not "anchored" within, we cannot find that center, that sacred space, where we can find calm, peace, clarity and well-being.
